The 4° European B-BS Congress was an extraordinary experience to
learn for attendants both for who wanted to discover the protocol and
for who wanted to deepen the protocol. This congress was great even for
the magic location it took place in: Venice, Scuola San Giovanni
Evangelista.
We were hounerd by the support of the President of Italian
Republic Giorgio Napolitano (read
on AARBA site) and we want to thank him once again.
Linking safety motivation and training to productive performance.
This was the title of the 4th edition of the B-BS European Congress. In
2006 edition, Chairman Emeritus of Cambridge Center for Behavioral
Studies Dwight Harshbarger clearly pointed out that “wherever B-BS is
implemented, people work better and more productively, beyond reduction
of injury rate”. Those who studied and applied B-BS protocol know it,
because they experimented the link with Performance Management, the
science-based behavioural technology refined over the last century that
is able to improve productive and quality-related behaviours of any
company.
